Return Process

Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the product and packaging to initiate a claim.

Our quality assurance team will review your request within 24 hours to determine if a refund or replacement is applicable based on food safety standards.
- 3.Shipment or Disposal
Depending on the item type, we will provide a prepaid return label or instruct you on how to safely dispose of the perishable goods.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, or a fresh replacement will be dispatched at no additional cost.
